Born into a family of doctors, Attorney Lowney’s medical debt collection practice has grossed millions of dollars for his clients, and he has never had a complaint filed against him by any of his hundreds of clients for any of his practice areas.

As a Boston personal injury attorney, Timothy Lowney puts the interest of injured clients at the heart of everything he does, which is why he tenaciously works to ensure they get the best possible results.  With over two decades of experience, Tim also understands that every case is different and requires personalized attention, which is why he makes sure to take the time to get to know each client’s situation before proceeding with litigation.
