Timothy J. Lowney, Esq. is a trial attorney and founder of Lowney Law, LLC. He has also represented hundreds of criminal defendants, with over a 70% success rate for Not Guilty verdicts on dozens of criminal cases tried before a jury or judge. All of his bankruptcy clients to date have had successful discharges of their debt. Born into a family of doctors, Attorney Lowney’s medical debt collection over the years has grossed millions of dollars for his clients. None of his hundreds of clients for any of his areas of practice have ever filed a complaint against Attorney Lowney. He satisfies his clients by fighting ethically, diligently, and zealously to protect their rights.
Attorney Lowney was born and raised in Milton, Massachusetts, and still lives in the town with his wife, Emily; his daughter, Violet; and his sons, T.J. and Leo. He is a 1996 graduate of Boston College and a 1999 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he was elected Student President and served as Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper. Attorney Lowney has served as Chairperson of the Milton Board of Health, President of the Hyde Park Board of Trade, and Membership Chairperson of the Massachusetts Creditors Bar Association.
Attorney Lowney is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
